Early On® 101 / Early On Institute - Training
The Early On Institute is 2 days of the basics of Early On. It is designed and most suitable for personnel new to Early On. Institute topics include: History of Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) (Early On); the Philosophy behind Early On; the IFSP Process; Timelines; Eligibility; Referral; Evaluation; Outcomes; Early Intervention Services; Service Coordination; Procedural Safeguards; Early On forms; and the "Dance of Partnership." Persons registering for the Institute must attend both days.

The Institute also includes a follow-up day for participants, allowing them to discuss what they have learned after applying their new knowledge in day-to-day work. The date of this follow-up is determined at the first meeting.
