Michigan Unified System of Learning
The Michigan Unified System of Learning (Michigan USL) was created to provide a statewide system of learning opportunities for those providing services and supports to young children (prenatal-3 years) and their families in order to strengthen and optimize the developmental outcomes of the child.
Michigan USL supports learning opportunities through the use of existing training, technical assistance, and consultation efforts. It is designed to join training, technical assistance, consultation, and formal academic learning opportunities to maximize opportunities for the individual service provider to receive formal recognition of their professional development.
